When walking down the street, entering a house, picking up a book or even just surfing through the web using your laptop or your personal computer, there are so many things we do without even thinking of them. In this article, I have pointed some of the funniest and oddest human behaviour that even you do.
1) Ever used 3-second glue (or instant glue and super glue as it is called in some countries)? Why does it stick so quickly as soon as you squeeze it out but it doesn't stick to the sides of the tube from which you squeeze it out?
2) Sanity statistics has proven that one out of four people are insane or suffer from some form of mental disease. Think of three of your best friends. If they are fine, then you must be the fourth one.
3) Sometimes, off and on, the batteries that we have placed in our remote control start to weaken. Even though we are well aware of this, why do we press the buttons harder and harder?
4) How come Tarzan has no beard?
5) How do bugs get into the enclosed and sometimes shut-tight light bulbs?
6) Why doesn't a plastic bag open up at the first end we try to open?
7) Why do doctors use sterilized injections on death-role inmates?
8) Why does a bank take interest on money when your account is overdrawn. From where do they think you are going to pay them? If you had the cash you would have used it, wouldn't you?
9) Mother-in-laws are jokes about continuously, but why not father-in-laws?
10) Why do people believe it when scientists say that there are about four billion stars, but feel they must check it if someone places a sign saying wet paint on a piece of furniture?
11) Why do we return to the refrigerator and gaze in when we know that there's nothing interesting to eat inside?
12) Notice how bullets bounce off superman's chests, but the moment the villain throws the empty revolver, this same invincible superman ducks. Shouldn't the revolver bounce off his chest too?
13) I'm sure you've heard of the evolutionary claim that mankind has evolved from monkeys. Before I am to believe this, I want to know that if this is so why are monkeys still roaming earth?
14) Why is it that when we try to catch something that is falling off a table, our hand knocks down something else?
15) Why did the Japanese pilots who were planning to crash into American ships wear helmets?
16) Use a vacuum cleaner at home? I do. But, explain to me why I move it over and over a piece of thread in the hopes that it will suck it in. Then, why do I pick up that rope, examine it and then place it back down and retry to suck it in using the vacuum cleaner?
17) How come soap bubbles are always white no matter what the colour of the soap?
18) Aren't we unnecessarily mental by trying to create summer in our house during winter, and vice verse, when we try and create winter during summer?
19) Why is it that whenever you walk past a mattress dealership, they have large signs advertising a big price reduction?
20) Sometimes we are just too polite! How many times have others run into us with their carts or even worse have smashed into out ankles? Instead of cursing or at least barking at them to watch where they are going, why do we just smile when they say sorry?
Note:
Uncanny facts and features are not novel. The fact that we humans have strange habits is not new too. But, I have pointed out some of the few irregularities that we live with. This article is for entertainment purposes alone and doesn't try and offend or create new realities. So, take it in the appropriate manner too.
